The best weather day in a week today – John and Ann’s last – so after breakfast we drive through Pinet and do the Via Domitia walk which looks lovely in the sunshine.  We head towards Florensac for lunch and are delighted to find Bistrot Alex open and quite busy.  It’s been highly recommended and doesn’t disappoint – everything is perfect and all for under 100 euros for the four of us.  The photos show the lovely presentation and we ate every mouthful!
